Winter Baking Fun

Some people love to bake when its cold, wet and dark outside. Other people just love to eat the yummy baked goods.  If you are one of those who love to eat, or want to try something new, check out my menu or email me directly. Autumn and Winter favorites include:

Triple gingerbread - either by the slice or a whole pan. Made with fresh, powdered and candied ginger for a deep, warm flavor.

Apple Cider donuts and donut holes/mini muffins — what’s not to like? Tangy apple cider, with plenty of sugar and cinnamon.

Gingerbread cookie cutouts — A Christmas favorite since I was a child. Always soft and tasty, and I love decorating all the different shapes, from trees to packages to snowmen to angels, and of course, classic gingerbread boys and girls.

Farmer’s Market report

My sometimes cookie sales buddy and all around cute dog, Arey!

2025 Cedar Mill Farmers Market

I had a great time selling my baked goods at the Cedar Mill Farmer’s Market this year. I got to try out new items, like slices of banana nut bread and savory focaccia bread. These were very popular! Decorated seasonal cookies continued to be a hit, as well as the delicious salted toffee chocolate chip cookies. We always had several varieties of scones, too, including the always popular vegan blueberry lemon scones. All of these are available to order anytime. Just email me or send a message through this website.

POP UP EVENTS

I love doing pop up events at my favorite arcade, Neon Momo Claw Arcade (https://neonmomo.com/) . Check out their website or instagram for their next event, and I might be there with more fun cookies and candies to sell.

Or I could be there playing the fun games at the arcade!

Bringing old family recipes to life

Recently, I’ve been approached by a couple of customers to re-create old family recipes. My first customer gave me the handwritten recipe for their family version of cowboy cookies. It was fun recreating the recipe and figuring out the extra notes through the chocolate stains on the card!

Another customer wanted to turn an old recipe for chocolate prune cake into more easily shared cupcakes. I’d never cooked a prune cake before, so it was fun seeing just how light and delicious it was. As a baker, I really enjoy the challenge of making my customers’ memories become delicious food today.
